Episode 4 discusses what we like to call “the weather of the mind.” Negative feelings are normal. Much like the weather, our emotional state fluctuates and much like the weather, that is 100% normal and expected. When we begin to see the temporary nature of the human experience and our emotional state. Our relationship with our feelings begins to natural shift. And remember, even on a stormy day, the sun is still out there–it’s simply obscured by a wall of clouds, waiting for the cloud cover to move aside so it can cast it’s warmth down below. Like the sun, our inner feelings of confidence, love, and understanding are always there, even if at times they’ve hidden behind a cloud cover.
