When it comes to suicide the whole world must stop. In episode 3, I discuss passive suicidal thoughts versus active suicidal thoughts. Passive suicidal thoughts are when a person has thoughts about no longer existing, thoughts such as “I’d be happier if I were dead,” but no concrete plans to commit suicide. Active suicidal thoughts are when someone has intent and a strategy to commit suicide. In this instance, you need immediate help. Call Emergency Services, 9-11, or the Suicide Hotline without delay.
